AI helped explore and develop the drum major as a central visual character, then helped version thousands of elements across schools, matchups, and games. It accelerated exploration and execution.
The team still had to decide what felt authentic, establish the design language, create the drum major from AI references, design the elements, and determine what was good enough to put on air.
